Update 2: I just received a reply to my case request. I have written an email to your support account but I haven’t received a reply since yesterday. I tried “forgot password” but it also says no account has been found. My account name is Kaytlisa UPDATE: I’ve tried to log in again but it said my account details have not been found and it will be locked after 3 unsuccessful attempts. When I tried to use forget passport with my email and date of birth, they told me I have no account in their systems which is ridiculous. I can no longer log in with the details I made it with, both my username and my email.
I cannot withdrawal any of winnings or even get access to my account.
I got my winnings and I wanted to withdraw but Sportsbetio disabled my account.
